Alberta has long been one of the few Canadian provinces which treat unmarried couples differently than married couples when it comes to the division of property upon the end of the relationship. As of January 1, 2020, that is no longer the case. Court Recognition of the Collaborative Law Process

On December 5, 2019, the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench issued an official announcement that Collaborative Law Processes will now officially qualify as an alternative dispute resolution service that the Courts will recognize as meeting their requirements. Among other things, the announcement stated, “A Collaborative Law Process is hereby designated a dispute resolution process for the purpose of Rule 4.16(1) and the Mandatory ADR Rules”. This is a historic moment in Alberta. #1 I googled DUI lawyers and the first one to come up were always the same-they told me the ONLY way to possibly win my case was GERD.
#2 Always video anytime you get pulled over
#3 Indicate medical issues with the officer including Migraine and GERD issues.
#4 Daryl was instrumental in helping download videos from my iPhone to show the adjudicator
#5 Shannon reviewed the entire episode of my being pulled over. Her investigation was very thorough and the 30 minutes that we deliberated my case with the adjudicator was excellent
#6 The adjudicator agreed with Gunn law not only about the GERD issues, but the migraine issues and 7 other points that confirmed the cancellation of the charges
