Criminal Lawyer
Kyle Procee received his undergraduate degree from the University of Lethbridge in 2014, where he majored in English with a minor in Political Science and History. He relocated to Edmonton, where he attended the University of Alberta Law School, and graduated there in 2018. While in Law School, Kyle was an active member of Student Legal Services, serving as a Criminal Dayleader in his third year and this experience helped ignite his passion for Criminal Defence work.
Kyle completed his articles under R. Kent Haryett in 2019 and had the opportunity to practice under both Mr. Haryett and later with Mr. Darin Sprake. He has practiced almost exclusively in Criminal Defence throughout the entirety of his career. He joined Gunn Law Group in December of 2025, and he would be delighted to assist with any Criminal Law issues that you may have!
